The Tascam Model 12 is a excellent multi-track recorder for home use. However, there a few things that can spoil your initial experience. If you leave it in MTR mode, then you control the input/output my just using the arm (record) button for that channel. It still works the way I described in the video, but it's not required to switch back and forth like I indicated.
