This is one of my favorite big burgers I’ve made in awhile!! Smoked burger, reverse seared with a Maple Sriracha Glaze, and topped off with a bunch of kimchi! Cooked these on the @recteq_official X-Fire Pro Glaze: Equal parts Sriracha & Maple Syrup Burger sauce: • 1/2 cup @hellmannsmayonnaise • 1.5 tbsp @momofukugoods Sweet & Savory BBQ Sause • 1.5 tbsp sriracha Burger: • 80/20 ground beef • @nadcofficial OG steak Seasoning • white cheddar cheese • crispy onions • kimchi • @daveskillerbread buns 1. Preheat the smoker to 225°, and I’d recommend making the glaze and burger sauce ahead of time! Just combine the above ingredients, mix, and set aside! 2. Form the Pattie’s and season generously with your rub of choice. I like to form the Patties and let them sit for 5-10 mins before seasoning. With smoked burgers I’ll season them just a few mins before heading out to the grill. 3. Smoke until the internal hits 110-120° then pull them off. Crank up the heat and sear them off until the internal hits 130, then top with cheese and give that a quick moment to melt. Toast your buns as well! 4. Build the burger starting with toasted bun, then burger sauce, then crispy fried onion, a smoked burgers, a bunch of kimchi, and more sauce on the top bun! #burger #smokedburger #kimchiburger #sweetandspicy #kimchi #recipe #food
