Beginner Artist Timelapse: Procreate Lovesikart YCH Challenge

Hello folks! My YouTube channel is largely underused so I’ve decided to post the process videos for my art as I am learning to draw and might be entertain8ng for some people. If that’s not content you are interested in then my apologies but I might stream the occasional game to. My drawing is going very well. I’ve been sketching almost every day in my sketch book and recently have been transferring my favourites to my iPad and painting them. I haven’t studied painting yet so it’s a bit sketchy. This first one is actually a YCH challenge from lovesicart on insta. I found that I suck at setting out the proportions but if I paint on other people’s bases I can actually paint quite well! This is the first pic I did that really surprised me. It’s a sketch of my OC, the goddess of the Synthetic Universe. The avatar of my writing career. I love the design. I used my original commission as a reference and adapted it to the pose. I hope this encourages others to create and if any more advanced artists have any tips I’d be welcome to hear them.
