It’s a no-fuss, approachable meal that’s perfect for a cozy homemade dinner and easy enough for weeknights. If you want to keep things more simple, this beef goulash also works great served over cooked pasta/rice instead of mashed potatoes. *Ingredients* *Goulasch* 400 grams of beef cubed (stewing beef, chuck roast, etc.) 2 tablespoons of flour (to coat the beef) 1 onion 2 clove of garlic 1 red pepper 1 large carrot 2 - 4 tomatoes (depending on size - I used 4 smaller vine tomatoes) 2 teaspoons of stock powder 1/4 cup of paprika powder (I used sweet paprika for a mild taste suitable for kids) Salt to taste *Yogurt-Dill Cucumber Salad* 1 english cucumber Fresh dill 3 - 4 tbsp of plain yogurt 1 tsp of sugar Salt to taste Drizzle of olive oil 1 tsp of dijon mustard Splash of apple cider vinegar *Mashed Potatoes* 6 medium-sized potatoes (boiled) Butter (at least a big spoonful :)) Milk Salt to taste
