Cover your roast Set to 300°F for about 2.5 hours Remove, let sit for 10 minutes before cutting. Keep your drippings for the gravy recipe below… Gravy: Heat your remaining drippings on medium/high heat. In a bowl combine flour and water until it’s about cheese sauce consistency. Make sure there are no lumps remaining. When your drippings boil, turn the heat down a little. Slowly add your flour/water mixture. Whisk for about a minute. (If your gravy is still too runny, mix another small bit of flour and water in a bowl, and add it in.) Once you get the consistency you like, serve it hot over your roast and mashed potatoes! Enjoy! Garlic And Parsley Mashed Potatoes Ingredients: Yellow Potatoes, boiled and cooked 1 Cup of Butter ½ Block of Cream Cheese, at room temperature. 1 teaspoon of Salt 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder ¼ Cup Chopped Fresh Parsley ¼ Cup of Milk Instructions: Wash Potatoes (Leave the peel on) Add them to a pot with salted water and boil until tender. Once they’re cooked, drain water. Add your butter, cream cheese, salt, garlic powder, parsley, and milk. Mash with a potato masher until they’re the consistency you like. Serve them hot!
