Electric roof hatch The Gorter GT35 electric control system for the roof hatch consists of two powerful electric motors which are pre-assembled in the factory. Optionally, retrofitting of type RHT roof hatches from model year 2012 is also possible. The electric roof hatch is operated from a compact control panel or optionally using a wireless remote control. Electric scissor stairs The electric scissor stairs are driven by a powerful electric motor and protected against accidental overload or jamming. Operation is by an RF remote control which ensures that the scissor stairs can always be easily operated through obstacles or when back into the ceiling. The scissor stairs are mounted on a solid ceiling door which is supplied untreated. This allows you to give the ceiling door any desired finish so that it fits with the overall appearance of the ceiling. The control unit supplied with the scissor stairs operates on 230 VAC and also supplies power to the 24 VDC motor. As standard, the scissor stairs come with a casing with the following opening size (W x L x H): 700 x 1200 x 250 mm.
