Location: Box Hill, Surrey, UK Hike Difficulty: Challenging Trail Length: 8 miles Duration: 4-5 hours Total Steps - 25,000 Floors Climbed - 124 Calories Burned - 1,085 I opted for the 8 mile Box Hill Route, which was challenging in parts. I have only been on a few real hikes and do a lot of walking, so you would need to have moderate fitness levels I would say. I actually did this hike on a 15 hour fast, it ended up being a 20.5 hour fast by the end of it.
