In the interview, Magno backed the Senate’s decision to rationalize the DPWH budget after some infra projects turned out to be overpriced. Giving the DPWH more funds means that there will be cuts in the budgets of other departments, she said. She also asked Dizon if he personally checked the pricing of the DPWH's projects or if he only put his trust in DPWH's district engineers. “Nahimay ba niya lahat ng proyekto na ‘yan? Talaga bang nagtitiwala tayo sa mga district engineers sa pricing na ginawa nila na ‘yan?
