Healthy Fusion⭕ / @healthyfoodfusion Food Fusion Kids⭕ / @foodfusionkids Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Dalda Sunflower oil 2 tbs -Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) crushed 1 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chilli) finely chopped 1 tbs -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp -Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp -Garam masala powder ½ tsp -Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 2 large -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs -Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 & ½ Cups -Ajwain (Carom seeds) 1 pinch -Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste -Ghee (Clarified butter) 4 tbs -Water 1 Cup or as required -Dalda Sunflower oil for frying Directions: -In frying pan,add cooking oil,ginger garlic paste,green chilli,mix well & cook for a minute. -Add coriander seeds,red chilli crushed,pink salt,cumin seeds,turmeric powder,garam masala powder & mix well. -Add potatoes & mash well with the help of masher. -Add fresh coriander & mix well. -Let it cool. -In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,carom seeds,pink salt,clarified butter & mix well until it crumbles. -Gradually add water,mix well & knead until dough is formed,cover & let it rest for 15 minutes. -Knead dough again until smooth. -Take 100g of dough,make a ball & roll out with the help of rolling pin. -Remove corners to make a square shape,spread potato mixture (2 tbs) & cover with half dough then cut into strips,twist it,apply water & roll up. -In a wok,heat cooking oil, heat it (150C) & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy (makes 10-12). -Serve with green chutney! Note: -If potato is over boiled,add 1-2tbs cornflour in potato mixture.
