These Top 5 Florida OCEANFRONT Metros make my list of AT RISK areas to face a DEEP price correction starting this fall going into 2024. On a review of every major metro in the country - these 5 stand have the highest % of homes on market and of those listings some of the highest national price reduction levels indicating sellers are doing all they can to get their homes moved in these area. News this past month, that Florida is again in the top 6 states in the US to see Foreclosures spike in both the RESIDENTIAL and the COMMERCIAL - COMBINED with - insider news that residents are now borrowing heavily against their equity led me to look into the matter deeper.
