Growing 'Chesnok Red' Garlic Part 2

My first attempt at growing garlic with an emphasis to grow them to an adequate size. For the first attempt, I chose Chesnok Red and Turkish Giant garlic. It is now time to harvest the garlic. There is nothing more therapeutic than feeling and hearing the sound of the garlic lifted from the soil. In Part 1, I discovered that I harvested the garlic too soon. Since that time in May, the Chesnok Red grew more, formed scapes, and are ready to finally be harvested. It is now mid July and they are harvested. In the video, I will also be harvesting Turkish Giant garlic.
