This is important information if you buy through 12Go because we had to search hard to find out where to pick them up. I think we would have been in big trouble if we picked them up the day of. The train will vary as two different sleeper car trains make the route to Chiang Mai. We took the special express train no. 9, I believe. The station is called Krung Thep Aphiwat Central Terminal. Also known as Bang Sue Grand Station when you google it. It's not hard to find, but the platform is. You'll likely have to walk to the far right and then back (there will be signage) We left from Gate B, Platform 1. But definitely check the departing gate properly. It might not be the same. Hey!
