BEST GLASS CLEANING TIPS AND PRODUCTS for the interior of your car. I use the invisible glass reach tool as well as a microfiber towel to clean the inside of the windshield. The reach tool dramatically reduces the workload by providing the reach needed to clean those tough areas that normally require twisting and bending your body to reach. Great tool and definitely worth adding to the arsenal. A good microfiber towel that does not shed lint is a must with cleaning glass. Watch Part #1    • BEST WAY TO CLEAN GLASS   **Always start with a high quality microfiber towel. Spray product on the towel until the surface is evenly moist. If the surface is dry in spots it will be catchy and not glide across the glass well. Clean the entire glass surface until all the surface contamination is removed. If glass is extremely dirty swap towel and moisten with cleaner and repeat. Use a new dry microfiber towel or flip the current towel to a new side and buff to perfection. If the towel is contaminated in any way it will smear onto the glass and make the glass cleaning impossible. Having extra clean towels is the key and worth it. Have at least 2-3 towels or a larger towel that can be folded and flipped to unused sides. Glass cleaning takes time and effort. Common Errors: Poor quality towels. Not enough product on the towel. Not swapping towels often enough dragging around contamination. Poor final inspection. Tip #1 Finish with a up and down or side to side pattern of wipes that differs from the outside to the inside of the glass. This will enable you to see which side of the glass is still dirty and address it with the next tip. Tip #2 Use a high power light to inspect the glass as you do a final clean and buff. Continue until the level of cleanliness you desire is reached. Tip #3 Use high quality towels that do not drag and bunch or leave lint behind. Glass specific towels are a must. Cheap microfibers make the job harder. Tip #4 Switch to a clean side of the towel or to a new towel often to avoid dragging contamination around the glass. Have at least a few clean towels handy and use them. Tip #5 Use plenty of glass cleaner. Do not try to save money here. Use the right amount to wet the towel enough to wet the glass and break down the contamination. This glass cleaning method can be used on all glass surfaces around your car as well as around the house. Cleaning glass can be very easy or a pain without the right tools and products.
