In this video, JR Nelson, Joshua Grant, and Ryan Strickland take on “That’s What You Get” by Paramore — but with one twist: No original drums. They listen to the track drumless and build their own parts from scratch based on how they feel the song should go. Three different drummers. Three different approaches. He's well known of the channel for blind hearing songs from the likes of SLIPKNOT, Iron Maiden etc. I asked him for his strongest genres, and he said: Gospel and Funk. Ryan Strickland is a gospel drummer now residing in Atlanta, GA. He is well known for his tight pocket and being apart of the drummer of the summer finalists in 2024.
