In this video Dr Pierre Keller inserts a Xive S 3,8/11 implant for the replacement of the permanent maxillary right lateral incisor (12) with bone core technique. He uses a trephine bur Ø =3,5mm (Frios®) to collect bone core from the socket. To maintain the bone core, a Microscrew® (Stoma) is used. A pedicle palatal flap is used to increase soft tissu.
