On this episode we are cooking our famous duck tacos. Super simple to prepare and is an easy way to use wild duck in a different manner. Hope you enjoy this recipe as it is one of our favorites at the house! Enjoy! Ingredient list: 8-10 duck breast (skin off) vacuum seal in bag or ziplock with no air. 1/2 gal water 1 bunch cilantro 2 tbs chili powered 3 gloves garlic 2 tsp cumin 20 corn or flour street tacos smaller the better Avocado or bacon grease 1 onion diced lol lol as 8 oz can of tomato sauce 4 limes Salsa of your choice
