Here are a few impressions from my autumn walk to Hellbrunn. Why should you care about that? Hellbrunner allee is one of the most scenic biking or walking routes around Salzburg. Hellbrunn castle can be reached from Salzburg in 1,5 hours on foot. Hellbrunner allee is a 5-kilometer path straight to the castle from the city. In this video, I will show you where to start and what to expect. The walk to Hellbrunn can be done in any condition. On the way to Hellbrunn, you will pass by many castles including the castle where the sound of music was filmed. In Hellbrunn there is the Gazebo from the 16-17 song as well as a castle and trick fountains. In December there is also a Christmas market in Hellbrunn.
