In this video, I cover the longest lasting world records on every track and category in Mario Kart Wii. I have been in the community since 2009 and have been keeping track of every world record since then. I thought it would be cool to give some insight behind these long lasting records, including community observations, what the competition was like in those days, and what the record holders were up to. I sincerely thank everyone I reached out to about this video for providing me with their insights about these world records and for trusting me to put them to good use in a single full-length compilation video. This would have been a very different video if it weren't for all of you. I hope I have done the community proud with this documentary style video giving context to Mario Kart Wii's extensive past.
