We stayed at Yunoshimakan, located in Gero Onsen, which is considered one of Japan's top three hot springs along with Kusatsu Onsen and Arima Onsen. This is an old-style inn located in the mountains on a vast site overlooking the townscape of Gero Onsen.It consists of a main building and an annex that are the finest in Japanese architecture, a Western-style entertainment building, and a Keizanso that was later expanded. In 2010, the main building's entrance wing, breezeway, and three-story wooden accommodation building were registered as national tangible cultural properties.
