In this Flashback from 2023, Dr. Steven Greer said that the technology of the UFO witnessed by former Naval Commander David Fravor was likely human-made. Fravor reported seeing a tic-tac-shaped object, bearing no visible signs of being a traditional aircraft, move in ways that defied explanation. Greer, however, argued that it probably originated from a secretive division of Lockheed Martin. Greer further claimed that these advanced technologies have been deliberately kept secret because their revelation would disrupt the existing infrastructure built around oil, gas, coal, nuclear power, public utilities, and surface roads. He noted that the hidden technology could address issues such as poverty and climate change. Greer plans to make his Disclosure Project's archive, containing thousands of documents and whistleblower testimonies, available to the public within the next year.
