For details visit our website: https://DinaFeinFraud.com Dear Viewers. We are Edward (Son) and Roxanne (Mother / Widow). We are Law-abiding U.S. Citizens without any Criminal Background. Springfield Judge Dina E. Fein covered-up fraud and ruined our family. In October 2014, we signed 7-month Apartment Lease with Airbnb Landlord. We paid rent for initial 6 weeks. But two weeks later, Airbnb Landlord cancelled our Lease without any reason. According to Massachusetts Laws, the Landlord can only evict the Tenant for "Non-Payment of Rent" or "Illegal Activity." http://www.masslegalhelp.org/housing/... The Landlord must serve Tenants with "Notice to Quit" demanding they pay "past due rent" or face Eviction. We always were ready to pay our rent, but the Airbnb Landlord refused to accept our money! Then, Airbnb Landlord's Attorney Lawrence J. Farber filed an Eviction Case against us without "Notice to Quit." The Attorney attached a fraudulent Airbnb document. He claimed we rented the apartment for two weeks and now refuse to leave! Springfield Judge Dina E. Fein was completely biased towards the Landlord's Attorney. She accepted his fraudulent Airbnb document. For some reason, the Judge rejected our evidence: 7-month Airbnb Apartment Lease and Credit Card Statements. Judge Dina E. Fein ordered us to sign "Settlement Agreement" with the Landlord's Attorney Carl W. Lindley Jr. We agreed to pay additional $2,000 rent. But Landlord's Attorney Carl W. Lindley Jr compiled a fraudulent "Settlement Agreement." He inserted a Secret Bonus ($2,400) for his Client. In May 2015, Judge Dina E. Fein ordered to evict us and pay the Court Costs with $2,400 Bonus to the Landlord. To avoid eviction by the Sheriff, we swiftly moved into Motel. Next day, Airbnb permanently banned us without reason. During this time, we applied for many apartments. But the Landlords refused to proceed due to our Eviction Case. After 3 months, we exhausted all of our money and became homeless.
