This interactive lunch panel featured judges with experience in a variety of recusal regimes. The panel’s focus was judicial perspectives on the Caperton decision, its effects, and recusal reform. Co-hosted by the NYU Journal of Legislation and Public Policy, the Brennan Center for Justice, and the American Bar Association's Center for Professional Responsibility This event was held on November 14, 2014.
