Best Immunity booster recipe made with natural ingredients with many health benefits. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #digitalammi Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3YO35pn Visit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: / foodfusionpk Instagram: / foodfusionpk Twitter: / foodfusionpk Also follow @HealthyFoodFusion & @FoodFusionKids for healthy food & kids' special recipes. 00:00 Winter Special Immunity Booster 00:13 Preparation & cooking 01:43 Aray waah 01:52 Storage & Consumption 01:57 Serving recommendations Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Desi ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs -Gond (Edible gum) ½ Cup (100g) -Badam (Almonds) ½ Cup -Pista (Pistachios) ½ Cup -Akhrot (Walnuts) ½ Cup -Kaju (Cashew nuts) ½ Cup -Char maghaz (Melon seeds) ¼ Cup -Phool makhanay (Lotus seeds) 2 Cups (50g) -Desi ghee (Clarified butter) 1/3 Cup -Doodh (Milk) 3 Cups (750ml) -Desi gur (Organic jaggery) ½ Cup (100g) -Khashkhash (Poppy seeds) ¼ Cup -Sonth powder (Ginger powder) 2 tbs -Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp -Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ½ tsp Directions: In a wok,add clarified butter & let it melt. -Add edible gum,mix well & fry on low flame until it puffs up. -In a mortal & pestle,add fried edible gum,crush coarsely & set aside. -In a chopper,add almonds,pistachios,walnuts,cashew nuts,melon seeds & lotus seeds,chop well & set aside. -In a wok,add clarified butter & let it melt. -Add chopped nuts,mix well & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes. -Add crushed edible gum & mix well. -Add milk,mix well & cook on medium flame until it thickens (8-10 minutes) & mix continuously. -Add organic jaggery,poppy seeds,ginger powder,cardamom powder,nutmeg powder,mix well & cook on low flame until ghee separates & leave the sides of pot (12-15 minutes). -Let it cool down completely. (yield: approx. 1 kg). Storage: -Can be stored in an airtight container on the countertop at normal temperature for 3-4 days -Can be stored in In refrigerator for 2-3 weeks. Recommended Serving: -Consume 1 tbs daily on an empty stomach during winters for better immunity & bone health.
