DIY Van Prep and Subfloor - Kilmat, Minicell, XPS Foam Board, Plywood | Van Build Series (Ep. 7)

In this episode of our van build series, we rip out our Ford Transit factory mat, give the van floor a good cleaning/priming, apply sound deadening, and install our subfloor. Our subfloor consists of a minicell layer, XPS rigid foam board, and plywood. Since we have a Ford Transit high roof, we weren't too worried about losing some of the height. As much as we tried to remind each other about not covering the area for the spare tire, we forgot. So, we're going to figure that out before we actually add on our flooring layer.
