EDIT: These are probably factory rejects. Meaning, they came from the original factory but have some defects/failed the quality check, and instead of being tossed away, some people took them to sell them. If your Woody contains parts that are similar to the 'fake' Woody, that does not mean your Woody is fake. That just means that the 'fake' Woody has original parts too. So, don't panic! Personally, I would say the deal breaker for me would be the shirt. If the line of your shirt is not in the center, it's obvious that it's NOT screen accurate so I wouldn't buy/keep that. I found a BUNCH of cheap Toy Story toys in China being passed off as authentic "Signature Collection" toys, so I bought them to compare with the originals.
