We are cooking an old fashioned recipe for Whistle Pigs. I remember my Mom making these delectable hot dogs for dinner for us when I was a kid. I love this recipe, it is super easy to make and everyone loves it. We also have made the ones with crescent rolls which are deliscious as well. I am also making chili beans along with an amazingly moist corn bread that was off the chain good. Everything compliments each other nicely. A nice hardy meal your family will love and ask for again! Whistle Pigs Ingredients: 1 pack of Hotdogs, (we used BallPark) 1 bag of hamburger buns 1 8 oz bag of cheddar cheese 1 lb of bacon Butter for the buns Super duper moist cornbread: 2 boxes of Jiffy cornbread mix 1 can of cream style corn 2 eggs 2/3 cup of milk Super Easy Chili Beans Side Dish: 1 can of chili beans 1 can of dark red kidney beans 1 cup of frozen mixed peppers and onions (added salt and pepper to taste) Follow instructions in video and enjoy!
