Follow our procedure to install Perla fittings - compression fittings for PE pipes, diameter sizes Ø75mm - Ø90mm - Ø110mm COMPLETE PROCEDURE: 1) Chamfer the pipe ends. 2) lnsert the nut along the pipe 3) On the pipe end first insert the spacer ring followed by the o-ring and then keep the two components in close contact. 4) Wet with soap and water all parts that are going to be connected with each other; the pipe, the O-ring and the surface area on the fitting where O-ring will be positioned. 5) Position the pipe on the body of the fitting inserting it properly making sure the O-ring and spacer ring are in proximity of the pipe end. 6) Tighten the nut to facilitate correct placement of the O-ring and the spacer Ring in their correct position. 7) Unscrew the nut to ensure and check that the spacer ring has adhered properly to the pipe. 8) lnsert the grip ring on the pipe, enlarging it if necessary (this is made easy by the flexible nature of the ring) and position its base right next to the body of the fitting. 9) Finally, tighten the nut with the appropriate wrench concluding the installation of the fitting.
