Today we share a family favorite side dish. Momma's Pineapple Casserole Ingredients 2 16oz cans of Chunked Drained Pineapple 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers 1/2 cup sugar 3/4 cup all purpose flour 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded 1 to 2 sticks of butter Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place pineapple into an 9 x 11 casserole dish. In a separate bowl mix flour, sugar and cheese together till well combined. Pour dry mix over pineapples and mix together slightly to coat. Next, crumble the sleeve of Ritz crackers and top the casserole completely with a light even coating. Cut butter into thin slices and pat all over the top of the dish, just enough to melt evenly in the oven. Use at least one stick of butter, more if desired. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
