We explore the deep and rich arctic waters of Northern Norway at The Big Fish Adventure camp in Hasvic on Soroya for monster Cod during the legendary Skrei cod migration. This is the time and the place to catch a monster fish. This is our second trip to this amazing camp and we didn't think it possible to surpass our previous catches. We were wrong!!! Truly this is the land of monsters. Landing multiple huge cod we also had a mammoth Atlantic Halibut bycatch whilst cod fishing. At the time of filming Halibut was out of season and was not our intended target, so we were very careful to care for the fish and release it unharmed.
