This tutorial can be used for any of those blankets. This video does not replace the pattern. Please refer to the pattern when making the project shown in this video. US Terminology Finished Size: 12 rounds will make a lovey sized blanket, keep going and make a blanket as big as you want. Skill Level: Easy (This is not a BEGINNER pattern. You will need to know some basics, how to ch, sc, dc, dc3tog. I suggest you follow the pattern.) Materials: Can be made with ANY YARN Approximate yardage for 2 common sizes and weights: For DK or #3 weight yarn you will need approximately 1300 yards for a 40” baby blanket and 2300 yards for a 60” throw-sized blanket. For Worsted or #4 weight yarn you will need approximately 1000 yards for a 40” baby blanket and 2000 yards for a 60” throw-sized blanket. For #5 Weight you will need 800-1200 yards for a 60" blanket. Gauge: varies depending on your yarn.
