Music for the transmission of Bouyei intangible heritage. 🧧🏮🇨🇳 Work : The music is based on the twelve tones of the bronze drum, a pillar of Southwest China's indigenous culture. In this work, audiences have a unique opportunity to learn about twelve founding notions of Bouyei culture. Dance sequences are presented via an augmented reality application, from which a 3D character dressed in traditional Bouyei costume emerges. Each dance sequence is accompanied by ethnographic information explaining the key concepts of Bouyei philosophy. Viewers thus gain access to an intellectual and sensitive experience of this culture.
