“Welcome to Day 11 of the 30 Days 30 Asana with OM Yoga with Payal 🌿 Today we practice Pavanamuktasana (Wind Relieving Pose) which helps improve digestion, relieve gas and bloating, and relax the lower back. Practice this pose daily for better digestive health and overall wellness. 👉 Don’t forget to Like, Share and Subscribe to OM Yoga with Payal for daily yoga practice. 👉 Step 1: Lie down on your back in a relaxed position. 👉 Step 2: Keep your legs straight and arms beside your body. 👉 Step 3: Inhale deeply. 👉 Step 4: Exhale and bend your right knee toward your chest. 👉 Step 5: Clasp your hands around the knee and gently pull it closer to your chest. 👉 Step 6: Lift your head and try to bring your chin toward your knee (optional). Hold this position for 5–6 deep breaths. 👉 Step 7: Slowly release and repeat with the left leg. 👉 Step 8: Now bring both knees toward your chest and hug them gently.
