Finally the difference between hatha & vinyasa yoga explained ! | Yoga beginners FAQ

This video will explain in detail the differences between the 2 most common yoga styles. ( Hatha & Vinyasa ) **DISCLAIMER** And basic safety guidelines By using my videos, you understand and agree that I don't have any liability to you for any injury or loss you may suffer in connection with any content on this channel. Please consider your physical condition and general health condition before starting any yoga practice. And if you have any doubt , please consult your doctor or a yoga instructor ,who you can meet in person, in an environment where your condition can be discussed and examined in depth. It is impossible to address every health condition separately and of course even without having a direct live contact with the student, so I won't start saying who can and who can't do this practice It's not always black and white. And actually it's almost never black and white. As a rule of thumb though... Yoga practice should never make you feel bad or cause you any pain. So if something causes you pain, dizziness, weakness, headache, or other symptoms of illness first of all stop and make a break. Then think what might have gone wrong... you have probably either: done an exercise not suited for you (your physical, health condition or your body type etc..) OR overdone it (did something for too long or too quickly without preparing your body, maybe skipped a level or two) OR done something wrong ( did not follow the alignments or used force ,did not breath correctly etc..) So if you do feel any of these symptoms ,it does not automatically mean you need to drop yoga or this practice. Apply your best Judgment and seek for advice to understand why you had a bad experience. Learning is always a process and unfortunately it's impossible to avoid mistakes completely in this process. I will do my best to guide you to a GOOD AND SAFE EXPERIENCE, but please keep your personal judgment turned on, because it's the only way to get there, When we both think about your safety. **DISCLAIMER**
