Short Film by Conor Neal My Mental Health Story From the ages 14 to 22 I experienced severe Panic Attacks, Depression and Anxiety which completely took over my reality. Today i still struggle with these issues sometimes, most of you don't know how severe these issues were, but i also know how these things can severely effect other people in the same position. I created this film to share my story and hopefully inspire and let others know to keep going and not give up. After the hardest time of my life as a human i was transformed into a better human and one that truly understood why what happened did. I hope this video can show others that mental health matters and not everything you see on social media is authentic and that so many people go through struggles and never bother to share anything about it. I hope this can be dark and emotional and let people know that its important to reach out to people and talk about mental health, trauma and the unseen parts of life. You are not alone, You are always loved and divinely watched over. Don't give up, Open your eyes and wait for the light.
