Weston Terrace's Culture Change Journey webinar

This is the second in a series of interactive culture change webinars the Schlegel Centre for Learning, Research and Innovation in Long-Term Care (CLRI) and RIA hosted! Weston Terrace Care Community is located in Toronto, Ontario supporting 224 residents and their loved ones each and every day. This webinar provided an overview of Weston Terrace’s journey of promoting the warmth of human connection in the care community which enables team members, family members and residents to live life fully every day. During the webinar, highlights from focus groups were shared, opportunities implemented throughout the journey to enhance the culture were discussed, and strategies to enhance team engagement were explored. The culture change journey from an organization level, support level and facilitator level were shared. Weston Terrace continues on their culture change journey ultimately defining and enhancing the Sienna Experience for team members, residents and family members.
