City of Pearland, Texas: Growth, Affordability & What to See Near Houston

Pearland is one of the largest suburbs of Houston. It's located about 20 to 30 minutes of a drive south of Houston. Like most suburbs, it's mostly a residential area, so people often drive up to Houston for dining or nightlife or sports games like the Houston Astros baseball team. People can also make day trips town to the beach in Galveston. Pearland Town Center is the main area where people and retail stores congregate around each other. There are tons of restaurants there, and I stopped at Fish City Grill for shrimp and grits. There's not too much live music around the area, but one of the cool things is the League City Folk Association acoustic event out in League City. It's hosted by ‪@tuckerhartmusic‬ and supported by ‪@leaguecityhistoricalsociet8208‬ and took place at ‪@butlers1909‬. Good times.
