Ali Khamenei was the "Supreme Leader" and Ayatollah (Sign of Allah and Supreme Religious Authority) of the Islamic Regime occupying Iran. Under his regime, tens of thousands were brutally murdered, locked up, disappeared, tortured, etc. Millions were oppressed. Over 85% of the Iranian population became hostile to the governing state. "Death to America" was his favorite slogan which he would force people to chant. He adopted this slogan from his predecessor Khomeini, the founder of the Islamic Regime. "Death to Khamenei" (Marg Bar Khamenei) is the phrase used by Iranian protesters who inverted the slogan to call for his removal. It is prominently featured in this song. The clips displayed are a compilation of news reports, atrocities committed by the Islamic Regime forces, and, most dominantly, random Iranians dancing and celebrating since the news of his death were announced. The video also features Nika Shakarami, a 16yo girl who was abducted by Islamic forces from a protest site and was then r...d, murdered, and dumped in the street, and Mahsa Amini, who was detained, beaten, and killed for "improper hijab".
