Some would call this a catalog, but for us it is our journey in the unbelievably beautiful world of pigments and colors of Baltic nature, architecture, and our dreams. This is the essence of this time and place, created by Deep Deep Light souls - a group of artists passionate about watercolors, possibilities of beautiful color combinations - captured in our surroundings, and serving as an extension of our personalities. Please consider this is a piece of art to be cherished and nurtured. It is a hand-painted collection of our watercolors in a beautiful tin. We hope this will inspire you on cloudy days when you want to immerse in the world of colors. More than 100 colors and their names, both pigment names as artists know them over centuries and names for our designed colors inspired by the world around us. As they are hand-painted there always will be a limited number available and each one will be different. Also, we will add new colors as they appear, so this is a unique piece of art created at a particular time only. Our channel is focusing on watercolor painting as a lifestyle. As many of you know, we strongly believe in the healing power of painting, we see what effect it has on ourselves and how people change once they allow themselves to live with watercolors. We take them on our journeys, we go out for sketchwalks, we do nature sketching, landscape and urbansketching. Cafe and cake sketching. We draw our dreamscapes, illustrate our journals, and we meditate with watercolors. This is our way to slow down, to connect to ourselves, to see the world around. This is how we calm ourselves down and this affects not just us, our bodies and minds, but also people around us. This allows to love more and to live more.
