When you name your cookbook The 1,000 Fabulous Sandwiches, you’re kinda setting yourself up for failure. There is no way all one thousand are going to fabulous. It’s basic math. Take, for example, the Crunchy Cheese sandwich. The cheese called for is American processed cheese and while I value its ability to add gooey melty goodness when combined with other cheeses, it ain’t exactly a paragon of flavor.
