This is a rebrand of DLC 2-1 mission from EDF 4.1. Instead of 3 transports you have 5, the enemies can be much more troublesome than the ones on 4.1 and the speed of the ships does get to be annoying as hell. The idea is good, but the implementation is very over the top. The 5 ships will drop: high mobility androids red bullets blue androids white bullet spray blue androids destructive claws large blue androids pink bullet hell large androids As you destroy one of the transports the remaining ones will drop a bigger number of their children. After some unsuccessful runs, I can assure you that the worst ones are the pink bullet hell ones. If you leave their transports to be one of the last 2 there will be a bullet hell all over the map and you'll die. So that one transport should be the first one to go. The weapons I used were the level 110 E4 Stun Copter (Shock), the 112 ElectronCopter M6, the 110 Heavy Bomber Vesta E Plan X2, the 115 Guard Capsule A5W and the 111 Blacker E11 Early. E4 Stun Copter works relatively well against transports. It will last long enough to use a second opening, and generally one use can destroy a transport. The issue is how difficult is to aim them at moving transports and its slowness. Drones are fantastic... ElectronCopter M6 isn't great here but you need a weapon that is not points based that will kill something. Vesta X2 isn't good either here, but no bomber is. Should have used Vesta DA though, would have been better. Guard Capsule A5W is no surprise, a turret wannabe, and since turrets are SADLY gone... Blacker E11 is needed because surviving here until you get another tank is dreadful. This one starts at 100% so you can summon one immediately. At the start you need to go for the front right transport which is the one that drops the pink bullet hell large androids. There isn't much room for error, and you're always dependent of what the first large android will do, because you can't drop down the ship before he does. You have a small part at the end that shows what a pink bullet android can do to a 60k armor tank in one attack. If possible, get rid of the large android after you destroy the transport. The transport will destroy the buildings in that area while falling from the sky, which can put you in a bad position too. Destroy buildings outside the map as these can prevent you from hitting the transports cores. Tank shells are your only option for building destruction, so keep summoning them, but you won't have many on this mission. You'll need to take some risks shooting the E4, it's slow as hell (wonderful drones). At this DLC level every enemy does considerable damage to the tank, so be careful with nasty encounters. Once this is done, go away and try to drop the other transports. It will be very hard to know which ones are which. The best ones would be the ones dropping the white bullet spray blue androids and the destructive claws large blue androids. High mobility androids are terrible if you can't destroy the outer layer of buildings, and I did not have any destructive weapon. Frankly, the best option is just to keep making map laps and drop down ships when you see a chance. It's not important to kill enemies before all ships are gone, as they're replenished. The biggest issue becomes the huge speed that the transports have when there are 3 left, and the blistering one when there's just one. And figuring out which transport drops what. Once all ships are down use get rid of all the enemies. Leave one alive and pick crates. You should be driving backward to minimize issues when exiting the tank, but it does get tiring. Remember you'll have little to no crates at picking range, the vast majority will be in the map center where it's suicide to try to pick. Good idea, but ultimately too annoying to be satisfying. Such a waste. Have fun, TIMESTAMPS 00:00 Read description, usually it's VERY useful 00:12 Get tank immediately 01:07 Shoot E4 on transport core 01:54 Transport destructed, yellow blast 04:20 Some risk for a good reward 07:18 Oh boy, smart idea... 19:00 Genius... 31:40 Big risk, nice reward 36:98 Pink bullets android crushed finally 42:50 Friendly meeting with pink bullets android... #EarthDefenseForce6 #EarthDefenseForce #EDF6 #地球防衛軍6 #EDF #地球防衛軍
