He is using a 2012 Gibson Les Paul Standard plugged into a Gibson Super Goldtone GA-30RV which is running the speaker cabinet. Scott makes sure to use the same speaker cabinet for each speaker, the same amp settings and the exact same microphone placement for each speaker. The speakers used are: Jensen Blackbird from the Jet Series Jensen C12N Special from the Vintage Ceramic Series Jensen Falcon from the Jet Series Jensen MOD 12-70 from the MOD Series Jensen Tornado from the Jet Series with a Neo Mag magnet. Jensen P12N from the Vintage Alnico Series Scott opened the video playing a Taylor T3/B into the Jensen Tornado from the Jet Series.
