Do you offer your employees 'Pay For Performance' (P4P)? Think you may be 'TOO SMALL' of a company to do it? I thought so too until I watched a video by ‪@MikeAndes‬ and his Efficiency Score. We first need to make sure we are charging correctly, because if our prices are too low, it won't work. Based on his video (link below), I created a spreadsheet in Google Sheets with formulas that give me an Efficiency Score, my ACTUAL PER MAN HOUR RATE and I use that to determine the amount I pay Jordan. Anything above 75% efficiency, I add hours/minutes to his clocked in hours that day until I hit that 75% Efficiency Score, or as close to it without going under it. If our Efficiency Score is at 85% and Jordan and I worked 5 total hours that day, I will add minutes to his clocked in time until our Efficiency Score reaches as close to 75% as I can without going under. Using that example, I added 0.6 hours to his 5, totaling 5.6 hours. So instead of making $135 ($27x5), he now makes $30.24/hour totaling $151.20 for the day (5 hours worked x $30.24). In this video, I show that he made $47.06 on a Friday when he helped me fertilize! Our labor revenue for the day fertilizing was $2,310 and he made over $300 for 6.5 hours of work. He's happy. I am happy for the help and happy to pay him because he increases my revenue quite a bit. What do you guys think?
