FLOWER SHOW 2026 "ROOTED" @ Pennsylvania Convention Center, 1101 Arch St, Philadelphia PA, on Tuesday, March 3rd 2026 with Ela. In spite of this being only Tuesday - the place was packed, seriously crowded. Rainy day, Ela was driving, parking 12 minutes from PCC, Flower Show on the second floor, MarketPlace on the 1st floor - film in 3 parts - P1 - Flower Show with GoPro11 P2 - Flower Show with INSTA360 X4 P4 - MarketPlace with GoPro11 Ela bought: honey/peach tee... very good and very sweet, chocolate/nuts mix... several envelopes with seeds for future flowers, many flower seeds in the colorful envelopes... tulip bulbs - but they will probably be eaten by squirrels... We walked for 3 h and then to the parking lot for another 12 minutes in the rain... Ela also gave me: * new winter hat. Text for subtitles in this film: Dedykuję mojej Uli z tamtych lat... And I thought - this place would be empty on some unimportant rainy Tuesday...And only homeless people would be sleeping here... Because of the very low light situation - stabilization in the hand held cameras doesn't work well here -this is why the picture is shaky... Full - 2 h long film of walking the Flower Show & the MarketPlace in real time  - follows... How do they bring all the dirt, trees, stones, bushes - to make these installations? Too many people... very crowded... This Flower show is even more difficult to navigate than the floor plan in MoMa... No way to get close to the installation because of the crowd... Maybe we are walking in the wrong direction?  Hanging plants with mirrors all around... Some installations display the awards - there must have been some kind of competition...  William Shakespeare?  The official title of the FLOWER SHOW 2026 is "ROOTED"... YT wants me to voice over my films (vs. text subtitles) - Ela would be perfect to narrate the action during our trips... The landscape companies have just one day - usually Thursday - before the show. It must be lots of work to bring in all that soil, build the installations with stones, small summer houses, trees, flowers, etc... During their last visit to the blue house - Beckham said that his favorite color is purple.  GKids were drawing and painting and produced many masterpieces.  Also watch film from that event - GKIDS @ BLUE HOUSE - link in film description... They took the clip-pods so they can continue drawing back in CT... GKIDS @ BH 2026 @    • BLUE HOUSE SLEEPOVER 2026   Now - we are going to walk the alleys - starting from one edge... This installation probably took two full size trucks of soil, stones, bushes, trees - and the bungalow... Each installation is a living advertisement for a landscaping company... My old idea - Ela heard it already 100 times...I'd like to do the deck floor over the side porch, and the entrance from Barbara's room. In time build the walls from windows only and the roof - and make it a painting studio...But for now it's just a dream... Around the blue house - I have a serious problem with squirrels - they eat everything, destroy, dig, push pots down from upper shelves... If we found a way to protect the gardens from squirrels - we'd be rich... Long time ago I was working for the guy (Wayne) in Ambler PA - he had a big garden and I was helping him to make art installations from aluminum coil in his garden...* Wayne had an oversized old car - and this cat stopped washing itself -Wayne was saying that means that the cat had mental problems... Part of GFS - the one with the boat & the "rounded" bridge - is copied from Monet's House & Gardens in Giverny in France...Watch another film - GFS 2022 - link in film description... GFS 2022 @    • GROUNDS FOR SCULPTURE @ FALL 2022   I should use the camera on the stick - because there are so many people... They had to build this entire installation with the sculptures, lake and the small fountain... Definitely - too many people... Tires... Cinder blocks...  Garden should be a combination of all arts... We are looking for the installation with the sheep - we saw it from the main alley... Does the sheep come with the landscaping? Now we talking about our dream to fly to France and travel around, visit Paris of course for a week or so, but also Giverny - Monet's House & Gardens, Palace of Versailles, WW2 German bunkers along beaches of Dunkirk, War Museum @ Forest of Compiegne (train cart), Mt St. Michel, then drive all the way down south to Arles - where Vincent van Gogh painted "Starry Night"... and many other paintings... As of now - this project is still only a dream... What about you praying for the stock to go up - so we could finance this trip to France..? 10 minute film preview...
