Indonesian Hoya Grower CREATES Spectacular Silver, Splash and Variegated Hoyas with Passion and ❤️

The Hoya is an underrated genus comprising over 500 species that are largely endemic to Asia and Australia. Theirs leaves are beautiful, diverse, with whimsical shapes and sizes that challenge our imagination… They also flaunt showy flowers that are sometimes very fragrant. To add oil to fire, these plants are incredibly easy to grow and adaptible to many growing conditions. Ivan from thebeehoya has been collecting, breeding, and selling hoyas in Indonesia for about 5 years - Which isn’t very long at all. But in this short time, he as achieved what many can only dream of in their lifetime. With passion, diligence and hard work, Ivan’s selective breeding program has created very ornate and precious hoyas. We start the episode with a tour, showing off some spectacular hoya foliage.
