The use of ratings and BOCR models Monica Garcia Melon This workshop will cover advanced techniques in the application of Analytic Network Process (ANP) models for decision-making. The session is structured in two parts. The first part will focus on the use of the Benefits, Opportunities, Costs, and Risks (BOCR) models. In the second part, we will explore how to assess alternatives using the ratings method in case we want to avoid pairwise comparisons. Requirements: Participants should have a basic understanding of ANP or have attended the previous introductory ANP workshop. SHORT BIO Monica Garcia Melon is a distinguished professor and researcher in the field of decision analysis and multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM). She is widely recognized for her expertise in applying the AHP/ANP and other decision-making methodologies to a wide range of fields, including engineering, management, and sustainability.
