We're back with another sub-elite workout - again with Sweat Elite Founder Matt Fox. After running 2:20:46 at the Indianapolis Marathon 3 weeks ago, Matt decided to take a risk and try to break 2:20 at Valencia Marathon just 4 weeks later. This is the last hard workout before Valencia Marathon in 9 days time. 3km, 2*2km, 2*1km with 2min recovery in Boulder (5250ft/1600m elevation). ** Forgot to convert the 1km intervals into mile pace. 3:00/km is 4:48/mi ** Matt's about to head to Europe (Valencia Marathon part of the trip) to film some of Europe's distance runners.
