🥳 Healthy Airfryer Chicken Stick – Party Starter Recipe 🍗 Ingredients: Boneless Chicken – 750 gm (cut into medium cubes) Yogurt – 3 tbsp (thick or hung) Fresh Cream – 2-3 tbsp Cashew (Kaju) powder or paste – 2 tbsp Lemon juice – 2 tbsp Olive oil – 2 tbsp (plus more for brushing) Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp Salt – to taste Cardamom powder – 1 tsp Cumin powder – 1 tbsp Black pepper powder – 1 tsp Green chili paste – 1 tsp (adjust to taste) 🔪 Method: Marinate: In a large bowl, mix yogurt, cream, cashew paste, lemon juice, olive oil, ginger garlic paste, salt, cardamom, cumin, black pepper, and green chili paste. Whisk well to remove yogurt lumps. Add chicken cubes and coat evenly. Cover with cling film and marinate overnight in the fridge. Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Arrange chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly brush with oil. Air fry at 180°C for 25 minutes, turning once halfway through for even cooking. 🍽️ Serving (Party Style): Insert each cooked chicken boti onto small satay sticks. In small shot glasses, add different dips (mint chutney, garlic mayo, chili sauce, or yogurt dip).
