The incident has sparked outrage after the woman alleged that the conductor used abusive language and insulted her over the free travel scheme.According to the complaint, the BMTC Conductor Misbehaves with Woman Passenger by questioning her dignity and making derogatory remarks like “Free travel and roaming around without work?” The bus was reportedly overcrowded, and tensions escalated during the journey. Near Kengeri, the woman was allegedly forced to get down from the bus.The victim, identified as Gouramma, has filed a complaint at Kengeri Police Station. Following her complaint, an FIR has been registered against the conductor.
