Your health is important! And prioritizing health goals and habits that promote good health is too. The key is to look at your health from a holistic viewpoint, addressing all areas of health such a fitness, nutrition, sleep habits, stress management, and so much more. Ideally, the earlier you learn healthy habits, the better your chances of good health as you continue to age. That's why in this video I tell you five health goals that you should achieve in your 20s. But really, it doesn't matter how old you are. Whether you're 25 or 75, any improvements in your life habits are going to be good for you. This video dives into five health goals or habits that you can add to your life. But don't worry, these goals/habits are things that you can gradually add in and don't involve intense schedules or strict diets! Most of them are also things that are completely free, so all budgets are welcome here. :) ABOUT ME My name is Katey Davidson. I’m a registered dietitian (RD) and certified personal trainer (CPT). I’ve always had a passion for nutrition and fitness and have always dreamt of education the world on a large scale. After starting up my TikTok channel in 2020 and amassing over 135,000 followers, I realized that I wanted to expand to YouTube where I could share even more nutrition and fitness information.
