Kawasaki RD080N robotpalletiser for boxes. The robot rotates the boxes 180° in the upright position on the conveyor. The robot palletises the boxes and handles the empty pallets. The robot places an empty pallet on the loaded pallet and then places 6 more layers of boxes on the second pallet. The stack with empty pallets are conveyed to the robot by a roller conveyor. The operator places the stack safely out side the robot cell on the pallet conveyor. The loaded pallets are transported out of the robot cell by a roller conveyor. The operator takes the loaded pallets from the conveyor safely, outside the robot cell. As the working range of the robot is larger then the area within the safety fences, the robot controller is equiped with Kawasaki's robot safety monitor Cubic-S. This device monitors the movements of the robot and sees to it that robot stays well within the fencd-of area.
